NOESCAPING

NOESCAPING is a short, atmospheric emotional horror game made in GameMaker, and it is my very first completed project at 15 years old! Inspired by the intense swarm mechanics of Vampire Survivors but completely stripped of weapons, you play as a defenseless, crying child trapped in a pitch-black alleyway. You cannot fight back against the bullies stalking you from the darkness—there is no final boss, no story clues, and no happy ending. The horde will continuously multiply as time goes on, forcing you to navigate the blind darkness and survive the claustrophobic panic for as long as possible. I am planning to expand this concept and release a full version on Steam soon, so please leave a comment with your feedback to help me out as a new developer!
